Gateway Care Training was established to provide a wide range of consistently high quality courses for Care Home owners, Training Managers and individuals, in an agreeable environment that is conducive to learning. Our service has grown to include CRB Umbrella Service.

Legislation dictates that trainers must hold a recognised qualification. Gateway's training centre is approved and accredited by the NCFE (Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency), Learning and Skills Council, Edexcel and Charted Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). Without exception, all our instructors have undertaken recognised courses that enable them to teach all candidates. The emphasis is on professionalism and quality, with courses delivered in our dedicated training centre or on your own premises (using the latest equipment). The result is a meaningful qualification and genuinely enhanced skills. Our courses meet, and frequently exceed national minimum standards set by the regulatory bodies. They satisfy all the skillsforcare requirements of the Common Induction Standards for Health and Social Care and have been developed to link to NVQ Core Units as well as conforming to CPD guidelines whilst being independently verified by the CPD Certification Services.

Accessibility is key to our success. Courses are user friendly and flexible – tailored to your needs if appropriate, then delivered in a relaxed atmosphere, with a high degree of interactive content to underpin the message. Most courses are delivered during normal working hours, but evening and weekend training sessions can be arranged.
